What’s really telling is that the county recycling facility has a “no phone books” warning on the paper bins. Why this is, I don’t know.
This means that if you follow their rules, all these phone books get sent to the land fill instead.
you should press them on why they aren’t taking them. Paper producers welcome them for use in recycled paper
